From a relatives collection, no light attachment or case. Optics appear clear (to me, but old eyes) there may be need for cleaning etc but cant see any evidence of mould etc or dust but these could be distinct possibilities. Smooth focus and good overall order for age , all moving parts are smooth and precise but there is age related wear and grime etc. Not tested to any degree except a good look over and using the optics with a bright light shining on the base (which is worn). No instructions etc or accessories.
