This is a fluorescence illuminator attachment for the Nikon SMZ 1500, though it should fit on any SMZ stereo along with clones like the Unitron Z10. This one has three different filter sets and an adapter for external fluorescence sources with a liquid light guide. The filters are part no. 83459 TRITC (DsRed 530-560nm), part no. 83455 BL GFP/D (379-401nm) and part no. It also has a photo attachment which comes with a Nikon 0.7x c mount adapter. Note that the photo attachment was broken when I got it and I have repaired and reinforced it. Lacking a fluorescence light source I have not been able to test this, but the mechanics seem to be in order and the filters all look fine without obvious signs of burnt centers.
